The covers are snug to the frame and need cleaning. I don't have an opinion whether the movement can be restored.

This Watch is antique or vintage and being sold as described based on my experience a collector. The winding and setting mechanisms do not work. Movement is damaskeened and in good shape appearance. As with most antique and vintage timepieces this Watch should be cleaned, serviced / or repaired.
