This South Bend Watch Co. Movement is damaskeened and in excellent shape appearance. The bow, pendant and crown are in great shape structurally. The South Bend Watch Co.

If you desire to restore it optimum working condition at your cost, please consult with a pocket watch technician prior buying. This watch is antique and being sold as described based on my experience a collector. Size 12 open face mens pocket watch was manufactured around 1919 and is in excellent condition. There is an attractive floral and monogram etching on the back that in excellent condition for its age.

As with most antique and vintage timepieces this watch should be cleaned, serviced and / or repaired. The front and back covers secure to the frame properly but threads require cleaning / or adjustment. Panama gold filled case is in excellent condition - it structurally sound with typical wear and tear. The crown winds well and the pendant set is tight to pull but otherwise sets fine.

The dial is in excellent condition with no hairline fractures detected. No chips in the crystal detected.
