The white enamel dial has black Roman numeral hour markers, blue light spade hands, a single sunk seconds register at six, and is marked Elgin Nat'l Watch Co. 4302592 - Elgin, Ill. This watch is running. The case is completely engraved with a scroll gulch finish that includes stars and plaque in the foliage.

The inside case is stamped Fays Monarch No. Do not hesitate to reach out with questions. The crystal has light surface wear. Stem wind, lever set.
