On the outside on back is a train engraved picture, it appears to be Zephyr streamline. The top of the watch appears to be missing a piece, perhaps what was used wind it. This belonged to a family member that worked on PRR. The back twists off and has the serial number that is in listing 14668331.

Inside of back cover it has stamped Defiance 3461347.
