Needs new battery. I've never used it but it worked when I first got it and battery has gone dead since then. The protecting plastic is still covering the face. Please see photos for condition.

Item is sold as is. Japan mot and silver tone metal. Comes with 14 silver tone metal chain and black vinyl carrying case.

There is some very small scratches from the chain where the chain hooks on to and on back. This is a real cool piece for any dead fan or collector. Happy buying.
