Our loss is your gain. For sale today is a rare Wyler the skipper' pocket watch.

The diameter of the watch is about 47mm, not counting the crown. Undoubtedly the most striking aspect of the watch, this dial features curling and looping numerals set in the pale green of the radium set on top of them, and a dull, yet sleek silver base. And although this watch has kept good time and was originally marketed and as waterproof, its accuracy and nature as waterproof cannot be assured unless it is serviced by a watchmaker.

The movement could not be examined due to my inability to open this particular watch case.

The dial of this watch has not been redone or even slightly refinished, and appears to be utterly flawless under the relatively worn crystal, seemingly having never been examined.

For nearly 20 years, my father and I have compiled a large collection of not only men's wristwatches, but also women's and pocket watches. The only or etchings on the case are a cross hatching pattern over the entirety of the back of the case, and a small engraving shield at the top left side of the back of the case.
