Watch needs a staff and a new stem. The case is worth the money. Someone changed part of the movement that says 17 jewels and has the serial number which is. The movement says 17 jewels but it looks like only 7 jewels.

Elgin 16s pocket watch for you to fix. Dial is fair see picture but usable. Back has some fine scratches and a couple of very small dings.
