There is a tiny ding on the inside cover which visible in one of images, but it so small that difficult to distinguish from normal reflections surface. There is no actual wear of the gold anywhere that would indicate watch filled. I make every attempt at listing any defects or issues and try to include photos if imperfections.

Powell Station. And, of course, WALTHAM in black caps. You do have to look for them, but they are there and may not buff as easily the normal wear on inside. Unfortunately, I do not know if this was prior to the production of case or after.

Bartlett movement model 1899 estate timepiece is in excellent condition for its age and would make a fine addition to any collection or be treasured lifetime. There are some deep scratches in the inside front cover which therefore visible when viewing dial that appear to have long ago had an attempt at filling left a slight discoloration. Such a lovely little iridescent sheen on those tiny indicators. The bezel is in very good condition.

There are also jewelers marks/ watchmakers numbers where the watch has been repaired in past. The 17 jewel PO. It is missing the crystal. This the question mark in listing.

There is a bit of surface rust shown in the photos that does not appear to me to have affected works. No cracks, chips, crazing, or other damage. This can clearly be seen in the images. Double Hunter Railroad Pocket Watch has a case with an Aesthetic Movement Stylized Engraved Sparrow.

The inside back cover is engraved as follows. There is no corrosion or pagination even wear of the gold. There are some faint scratches in the outside of case where someone was attempting to open back. Eventually, all timepieces were stamped with the Keystone logo, no matter their material.

Boss logo is still present. There are some faint scratches in the outside of case on edge where ubiquitous pocket knife was likely used an attempt to open back. Hastes Thorpe were the parent company producing gold filled watch cases under name J. The exterior of the case is in excellent condition.

The face is made up of an elegant plain white porcelain enamel dial with black Roman numerals to denote the hours, red Arabic minutes, and in a separate seconds. Or perhaps it was an attempt at determining the makeup of metals. Or if it even matters, since the J. There are scratches that will absolutely buff out of the inside case if desired.

Hands are of beautiful blued steel. The crown will turn to set the time, but I apologize for my ignorance bit that connects it winding mechanism must be impaired. It appears that all parts are present, but there is either a piece needs replaced or it simply funked up and just desperately to be cleaned. The mainspring seems fine/ not over wound.

There is no dent apparent from the outside. This Antique Waltham 14k Gold Filled. It weighs 3.3 ounces with the works. The latch and opening mechanism is in good condition, if a little worn.

I will cover any variance in cost. There are minimal scratches and normal wear.
