In addition to the hour, minute and seconds hands, it has a stopwatch second hand counter - all appear work well. The dial and crystal are in excellent condition with no notable damage. As with most antique and vintage timepieces this watch should be cleaned, serviced and/or repaired. It does not have military marking on the outside of back cover.

This watch is being sold as described based on my experience a collector. The Keystone base metal case is in excellent and structurally sound condition, with typical wear tear. This Hamilton model 23 Military Issue Chronograph was manufactured around 1944 ostensibly for the US Air Force during WWII and is in excellent condition. Both the front and back screwback covers secure to frame well.

The pendant and bow are in great shape. The crown winds and sets well, the stopwatch button works fine.
