The hands and markers look excellent. A great piece for the Hamilton collector. It has a classic white dial with big bold black markers and hands. However the crystal is missing so we checked time with stopwatch.

This is a 10K gold plate 21 jewel, 16 size, lever set, railroad approved, Hamilton Railway Special pocket watch. Besides missing the crystal cosmetically it is in very good condition for its age. Condition: This is a working watch that keeps good time. The date of manufacture is 1950 based on serial number C383162 and the movement 992-B.

There are only some very light scratches on case, and the dial also has. We timed watch for 8 hours, and it kept good time that duration.
