This is an estate find and being sold as found, I have no other information or history about this item. Th's wood base is 2 7/8 x 5/16. Please see the pictures for condition. Bulova Pocket Watch model B2260, on a 12 serpent chain with hook.

This is in good condition, there some minor scuffing on the bottom of back. This also has a Rosewood Base that Brass Porthole type watch holder, and the original box.It is 1 7/16 diameter.
