Details:

Movement is marked adjusted and a lever set movement. Case does have some brass showing. Serial number 15046162, circa 1906 making this watch almost 120 years old. Movement is a 19 jewel adjusted 5 positions movement with gold settings ,center wheel and timing screws regulator.

Watch winds and sets correctly. Very nice bold Arabic Waltham railroad dial in great condition, hands. Case is a nice Keystone 10 karat rolled gold plated case that railroad style. Watch runs with good motion, but I have not checked it for timekeeping.
