Movement is damaskeened and in good shape appearance. The crown winding and pendant set functions work well. No chips in the crystal detected. The Philadelphia Watch Case Co.

The front and back cover threads require cleaning / or adjustment to secure the frame properly. The dial looks to be metal and is in poor condition with tarnishing throughout. As with most antique and vintage timepieces this watch should be cleaned, serviced and / or repaired. The video and photos are Thebes evidence of the watch's details performance, take precedence over unintentional errors I have in narrative.

The bow is loose and the pendant crown are in good shape structurally. Also study the video and photos, which may have been enhanced to show the timepiece'beauty. This watch is antique or vintage and being sold as described based on my experience collector. The second hand is missing.

Victory 10k gold filled case is in fair condition - it structurally sound with typical wear and tear but tarnished dented throughout. This South Bend Watch Co. Size 16 open face mens pocket watch was manufactured around 1917 and is in fair condition primarily because of the dial.
