Details:
USA open face mens pocket watch was manufactured around 1917 and is mostly in good condition. The crown winds well and is slightly loose. For shipping I will leave the covers slightly loose. This watch is an antique and being sold as described based on my experience a collector.
No chips in the crystal detected. The bow is loose and the pendant crown are in good shape structurally. As with most antique and vintage timepieces this watch should be cleaned, serviced / or repaired. The screwback front and back covers secure to the frame, threads are tight maneuver will work better after cleaned / adjusted - patience is required them.
This 9 jewel, size 16 watch winds, sets and runs well see video for performance, servicing will optimize operation accuracy. Movement is damaskeened and in good shape appearance. The pendant set works. There is some tarnishing that can be seen in the pictures but not as apparent to naked eye.
The Keystone Watch Case Co.silveroid case is in good condition - it structurally sound with typical wear and tear. The dial is in poor condition with several hairline fractures and other damage - see pictures. The case and movement require cleaning, a lot of the dark markings in pictures are dirt.
