Details:

Nice fob and chain is attached to the watch. Movement is over 100 years old documented and its running. Pocket watch - movement serial no. If you plan on keeping it, I'm not a watch guy, but old enough to remember that one needs read up the recommended number of winding turns, and over wind.

Face has Roman Numerals inside ring with smaller red Arabic numerals at the perimeter. For confirmation see second to last line of attached image Waltham Factory Ledger Book 2 NAWCC which shows the serial number range. I've had this pocket watch in a drawer for 30 years or so and have no idea which deceased relative its from. No cracks in the crystal.

At one time apparently, we manufactured things to last - what a novel concept. Product offered is exactly that shown in the pictures. 15 jewels, running. Documented serial number of movement.

Open face gold filled case, the snap back is marked Alert Brand. Features Hour, Minute and Seconds hand in inset dial. I would recommend having it cleaned and serviced. Hour, minute and seconds hands are moving, but cannot vouch for accuracy.
