Antique/ Vintage Hampden Pocket Watch. The face is white with Roman numeral numbering. The back hinged opening gives access to the plate that covers inner workings of watch. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Some very light scratches. I could not get that piece off. If so, it is showing the year 1889 for this watch. The back hinged opening reveals the slot for winding with a key.

I may be off base am relying on buyers to have some knowledge. The case is hinged at the front and back. I have no idea if watch may work or it needs total overhaul. The front opening gives access to the face of watch.

Selling in as is condition. I do not have a key. Let me say I don't know a thing about watches. The glass is thick, unbroken, no cracks.

I looked up this number on the pocket watch database and could possibly be Hampden Serial Number. Where the key winding hole is, it is marked Newport Coin #571635. Exterior is marked Hampden Watch Co. On face of watch.
