Written in this case also is American Waltham Watch Co. This part is extremely hard to open and often gets stuck when fully closed. There is also a dial to adjust the speed of time correct it. The mechanism appears to work fine, and manages keep time, though I am unsure at how accurate it is the moment.

Tarnishing and supposed patina appearing both outside inside case, but it is speculated that this not from the watch itself, rather other metal items debris exposed to when was carried by original owner. The front case is stamped with number 546950. Both front and back of case are engraved with birds flowers. There looks to be an engraving of initials at the top inside front case, but only letter W is distinguishable, and am uncertain if this was intentional.

The crown rotates to wind up the watch and adjust time. Waltham pocket watch estimated to be from 1901 with hunter-style case. The front case locks and the crown can be pushed down to easily release open of watch. This part is somewhat hard to get open and requires some force.

The back exterior case is stamped with number 546950. There are two etchings prevalent inside this part of the case. Directly to the right of code is marked 7512-D. The face of the watch is in good condition, and entirely open WITHOUT glass protection.
