Everything works as it did when I had packed it away so many years ago. The few times it was used a conscious effort was made to allow it to wind down or run out to prevent the spring from being under constant tension.

Vintage Meylan stopwatch nice condition timer here. It reeks of quality. Working properly this item has rarely been used.
You can see from the pictures it's pretty clean and damage free with a scratch free crystal the lightest of surface hairline marks may be seen and blue steel hands the stopwatch was never used on any regular basis.
