Case is a good display back with snap on lids, and the crystals are fairly fresh clear. Dial is clean but it does have small hairlines at 27 and the center. This piece is in amazing shape. It has been rebuilt and serviced, tested over 24 hours in several positions, showing 12 seconds per day with room on either side of the regulator.

Very few of these were made, and I have never seen a Waltham movement back with this unique star design edge scallops. 15 jewels and 18 size, adjusted. The hands are nice blue steel and original. Stem wind lever set railroad Watch.
