This is an Elgin timer a8 jitterbug 15 jewel 16 size military watch. The dial has some spots and hands look good. As the sweep second hand makes a round, small chapter advances one mark.

It has not been timed for accuracy. I am currently selling only to the USA 50 states. It will wind okay and the push button functions to start, stop reset zero.
