15 jewel size 16 open face mens pocket watch was manufactured around 1922 and is not running. I don't have an opinion whether the movement can be restored. As with most antique and vintage timepieces this watch should be cleaned, serviced and / or repaired. This watch is antique or vintage and being sold as described based on my experience collector.

The Dubber 10k gold filled case is well worn and requires cleaning adjustment to attach properly the frame. The video and photos are the best evidence of watch's details performance, take precedence over unintentional errors I have in narrative. The variation is Capital and the manufacturing run was 1,000. The bow, crown and pendant are fine in appearance but the winding mechanism is stuck.

No chips detected in the crystal and it is scuffed. Also study the video and photos, which may have been enhanced to show the timepiece'beauty. The dial is in fair condition with faint hairline fractures throughout. Movement is damaskeened and in good shape appearance.
