It has a wonderful etched flower designed gold tone case with an ornate loop for hanging on chain. The inside of case near crystal will need a cleaning. The inside of cover is marked Elgin base metal flab switzerland numbered it runs and keeps accurate time when wound. It is 1/4 thick from cover.
