It has all of its hands and the dial is not cracked. I am new at watch tinkering and this is my first pocket that have worked on. Every piece in the movement seems fine but I did not clean mainspring and have to bend tab for it link arbor of course balance doesn't move freely. I have cleaned and lubed the watch movement but balance seems to be binding so it does not work.

The quartz lens is loose and I have not cleaned the case. I could not find the manufacturer of watch online and think movement is a Railway King. Non-functional - Movement cleaned and lubed except the mainspring Balance seems to be in a bind #387625 Case: Fays coin No.1 # R3453 All face hands are present The quartz is loose Dial good condition. When I got this watch earlier year it was caked in dry oil and sadly didn't take any before pictures.
