Cosmetically this watch is in superb condition for its age. This is a fantastic piece for the vintage Elgin collector.: This is a rare find - an 1888 model 14 karat solid gold 15J Elgin HH Taylor pocket watch. It is full hunter with a lever set.

The serial number is 2620830 indicating a manufactured date of way back in 1888. It has a classic white dial with Roman numeral hands, and second hand sub. A note on these older watches. And the old photograph on inside of case now loose is quite a time capsule.

We ve priced it fairly and we ll also consider your serious offers too. The rest of the watch has only slightest scratches, and case no dents or bends whatsoever. The back of case is a tad tough to close, but does so fine. And its a beast.
