The color is gold, but I do not see a gold-filled stamp on the inside. Here is a vintage, non-working Elgin Ladies Pocket watch 2459486 with Keystone Watch Case being sold for parts. I just couldn pry the back off, and was afraid to break or bend cover. Please see the photos for very nice condition and dimensions.
