Details:

The Philadelphia Victory 10k gold filled case is in good condition - it structurally sound with typical wear and tear. As with most antique and vintage timepieces this Watch should be cleaned, serviced, repaired or scrapped. All three covers do not snap well to the frame but rest close it. The dial is in good condition but the minute hand missing.

There is no crystal. All three hinges work fine. Also study the video and photos, which may have been enhanced to show the timepiece'beauty. The video and photos are Thebes evidence of the Watch's details, take precedence over unintentional errors I have in narrative.

Movement is damaskeened and looks fine in appearance. It looks to be a Solar Watch Co. The bow, pendant and crown are in good shape structurally, but the winding function does not work - neither lever set. I don't have an opinion whether the movement can be restored.
