The pendant is in good shape and the bow loose. The operation of the pendant stem holding movement in place is not snug and will need to be serviced. The bezel has a nice rope pattern. The movement visibly looks to be in good shape.
No chips detected in the crystal. This watch is being sold as described based on my experience a collector. The pictures magnify dirt and scuffs looks better in real life. The screw back case and bezel work fine need to be cleaned optimally.
Also study any videos and / or photos message me with questions. The double sunk dial is in good condition, with faint hairline fractures at 12, 5 and 7. As with most antique and vintage timepieces this watch should be cleaned, serviced / or repaired. The Keystone nickeloid case is in good shape with typical wear and tear - there an etching of a locomotive on the back cover that well worn.
