Movement is gilted and looks slightly worn in appearance. The video and photos are the best evidence of watch's details, take precedence over unintentional errors I have in narrative. There is no crystal. Th State 20 year gold filled case is in good condition, but it has discoloration on the inside of front cover that I couldn't buff out acid tests.

Also study the video and photos, which may have been enhanced to show timepieces beauty. The dial is in good condition with no hairline fractures identified. This Elgin National Watch Co. This watch is antique or vintage and being sold as described based on my experience a collector.

The crown winding mechanism works but is tight, and I can't pull the pendant to set. As with most antique and vintage timepieces this watch should be cleaned, serviced, repaired or scrapped. The bow is loose and pendant crown are in good shape structurally. All three covers snap well to the frame, and all hinges work fine.

All three covers need adjusting as they are slightly over extended.
