Above the stamped model 94 in between winder. This particular stop watch has a history as it engraved inscription on the side. There is a faint scratched inscription on the back of USLHE. The winder is smooth the minute hand works and reset button all function.

So, this was made for that entity as a certified instrument. The Stop watch does function and is accurate. The case is in very nice condition as well the glass bezel. USA Light House Establishment.

There is a small chip in the Porcelain face to left of 30 second mark. Most likely made under a US contact with the watch maker Victor Fleury. This is a brass stop watch made in France by Victor Fleury company Circa 1860 - 1880 ish.
