The inside front cover is stamped 18K - 68. Due to the high polished areas on this item, it is nearly impossible get photos without reflections. The case has a gulch finish with plaque on one side, perfect for personalizing. The front, back and dust cover hinges all open, close secure properly.

Waltham Vanguard 16 Size Full Hunter 18K Yellow Gold Pocket Watch ca. The dust cover is stamped Anchor Escapement Improved By Aim Sands Fails. This movement has ruby jewels with a diamond end stone. The dial is in excellent condition with no hairlines or chipping.

The inside back cover is engraved Charles R Everest from brother.H. This item does not include box, papers, booklet's, etc. No guarantee of future performance. The nickel movement is stamped Vanguard - Waltham, Mass.

This Waltham Vanguard is in overall great antique condition. The white enamel dial has large black Arabic numerals, a red five minute track, blue spade/whip hands, double sunk seconds register at six o'clock and is marked Waltham. All screws and jewels appear to be in great condition. The case has a very light patina and wear for its antique age.
