This handsome Waltham Vanguard, model 1892, 18 size, open face pocket watch has a solid 9k yellow gold case measuring approximately 53.5mm in diameter x 3 inches long including bow. The inside case is stamped Anchor - 9 W 375 ALD 217051. This item does not include box, papers, booklet's, etc.

The nickel movement is stamped Vanguard - Waltham, Mass. This movement has ruby jewels with a diamond end stone. The 24-hour white enamel Montgomery dial has black Arabic numerals 12-24, and red minute numerals, blue spade hands, a double sunk seconds register at six o'clock, is marked Waltham. Due to the high polished areas on this item, it is nearly impossible get photos without reflections.

The dial is in excellent condition with no chipping or hairlines. Stem wind, lever set. The front, back and dust cover hinges all open close properly. The inside dust cover is stamped Tennyson Watch Case Co.

All screws and jewels are in great condition.
