This was obtained through my family. None of the mechanisms work. My father, who passed away at 90 years old, had kept this from his was a Watch repairman. I am not familiar with Watches or pocket Watches, so cannot confirm whether these two pieces originally belonged together.

Please refer to my pictures for condition and measurements. I cannot get the Watch piece to fit into frame, so my assumption is that they are two separate items/brands.
