The Watch is working, winding, ticking and seems to be keeping time, it inscribed From Moore To Libber Sept 21, 1903 However the Movement Serial Shows 1904 in Pocket Database, so I am not sure if this a or but close. The pocket watch is a size and perfect for women to wear.
